It's not about what it is, it's about what it can become.
Dr. Seuss, The Lorax
This week in Judith and Neil Morgan's biography, Dr. Seuss & Mr. Geisel, it was said that Seuss exceeded his art of writing and ventured into painting. To calm himself of the stress in everyday life, he would take time to paint each day. Seuss just let his mind spill out on his masterpieces without a care of what anyone else thought. He liked them and that's all that mattered. I think this is truly inspirational how he can just love his paintings when others said they were not art. How did it become okay for other's ideas to cloud our minds with negativity? I say we disband from this negative lifestyle and live for ourselves! Life is what you make it so make sure you make it great. Honestly, we should all be doing what makes us happy and if there is anything fighting to hold you back, then fight back harder. I don't see how anyone sees it fit to let anyone tell them what they're doing wrong. You are all perfect in every way possible and anything you set your mind to is going to be achievable. Good luck!
Alright guys, I hope you all liked my blog post for this week. My reading schedule has been pretty hectic lately so I'm going to need to think of better ways to manage my time. I really think the best way to read is when you're all alone and everything is silent, but that hasn't really been achievable lately. Anyways...
Thanks for reading,
Jenn
